938 - 948 (grow a garden)

Just in time for the Leesburg Garden festival this Saturday and Sunday is a new one with a garden theme. It's interesting to see just how much these change with the change of the seasons. I remember last October through fall and some of winter, doing pretty dark, sometimes frightening, all-black monsters. Now that it's spring and starting to feel like summer, the monsters are looking happier and more colorful, cuter even. In the meantime, I'll have brand new signed prints made and available for sale at Books and Other Found Things in Leesburg in a couple of days. I'll also be there a little bit each day over the weekend doing some Splotch Monster-making workshops in the back yard (or inside, depending on the weather), so hope to see you there!
